The above rent is inclusive of tax and bills. Occupancy by a couple is possible for rooms Napoleon, Louis XVI and Saint Louis. It entails a monthly bill surcharge of 50€.
The two rental periods run:
- Autum period: 4 full months from ~20 August to ~ 20 December (exact dates depend on MBA program dates)
- Spring period: 6 full months from 1st January to 30th June
Switches with students from other campuses are possible (subject to landlord's approval).
Note: rooms reported as pre-booked are reserved for a student who has submitted a request, but not yet completed the registration process.
