If you are interested in booking one of the suites and have questions, please send us an e-mail via this website. [1] We will quickly respond and provide guidance on haw to complete your booking.
 
Alternatively, if you have already made a decision and know which of our suites you would like, please use our online booking form [2]. You will receive a contract proposal within 48 hours.

Please note that our booking policy is in line with INSEAD's nationality and gender diversity guidelines.

CONDITIONS:

Payment of a deposit and of the 1st mont's rent will be required to finalize your booking. The deposit will be returned to you upon leaving the premises, provided that there is normal wear and tear of your quarters and equipment, and subject to the return of your key(s). The security deposit is reimbursed by wire transfer to your SEPA Bank account.

The two rental periods run:

  • Autum period: 4 full months from ~20 August to ~20 December (depending on the year's INSEAD calendar)
  • Spring period: 6 full months from early January to End of June.

Extra nights before or after the rental period can be available upon request. They will be charged 40 euros per night.

A switch with Singapore is possible. In this case, you can sublet your suite or bedroom with another student, subject to Landlord's approval (we will not refuse unreasonably). It is your reponsibility to identify and introduce your subtenant to us. Note that you remain personally responsible for the payment of the rent on the 1st day of each rental month, even during the switch: you must arrange to collect the sublease, if any, directly from your replacement.
