The above rent is inclusive of tax and bills, subject to reasonable use of utilities.
The two rental periods run:
- Autum period: 4 full months from mid-August onwards
- Spring period: 6 full months from early January to end June
Shorter rental durations do not attract any rent reduction. Switches with students from other campuses are possible, subject to landlord's approval
A discount on the total rent is granted for an upfront payment of at least 4 months.
